Welcome to Artlume ("Artlume," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Artlume mobile application and related services (the "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Artlume, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Artlume.
The Service is not intended for minors.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Artlume is an AI-powered creative application that enables users to:
Generate AI videos from photos
Generate AI images
Enhance and edit images
Access additional AI-powered creative tools and templates
Features may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Some features may require an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and current information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
You must immediately notify us if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
You retain ownership of all photos, prompts, images, and other content you upload ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant Artlume a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable license to process your content solely to provide the AI services you request.
Artlume does not:
claim ownership of your content;
use your content to train AI models;
sell your uploaded content;
use uploaded face images for advertising or biometric identification.
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Upload content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights.
Upload illegal, abusive, hateful, or fraudulent material.
Impersonate another person without authorization.
Use the Service to create unlawful or harmful content.
Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or compromise the Service.
Circumvent any security measures.
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Content generated by AI is produced automatically based on your inputs.
Because AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, you are solely responsible for reviewing all generated results before using or sharing them.
Artlume makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, originality, legality, or suitability of AI-generated content.
The App, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos, interfaces, and related intellectual property are owned by Artlume or its licensors.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:
Copy
Modify
Reverse engineer
Redistribute
Sell
Lease
License
Create derivative works from the Service
without prior written permission.
Artlume may offer:
In-App Purchases
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Prices may vary by country or region.
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
We reserve the right to:
modify features;
suspend services;
discontinue functionality;
perform maintenance without prior notice.
Your use of Artlume is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, store, and protect your information.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
You may permanently delete your account through:
App → Settings → Delete Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARTLUME DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARTLUME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may modify these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will become effective once the updated Terms are published within the App or on our official website.
Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Artlume operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
